the château in Luttange dates back to the 13th/14th century. It was destroyed during World War II and restored in 1965

an extra room has been added on to the châeau, which is being used by the congregation. Other than that, no particular use

the château has been renovated in part. Three sides of the facade have already been restored. One facade is still ruinous and partly collapsed

some of the rooms inside the château have already been renovated while others are still in need of restoration. The renovation works will foreseeably last for some years
Background noise: 
a main road passes across the forecourt of the château, however, the volume of traffic is rather low
surroundings: 
directly in front of the château is a quaint little tree-lined square, next to which stands the village church. Being situated in the centre of Luttange, the châeau is surrounded, in part, by ancient historic buildings.
possible disturbing factors: 
from some vantage points at the rear side of the château, a distantly located transmitter mast enters the field of vision

car: 
Von Metz aus über die A 31 Richtung Nancy, Metz, Thionville, Luxembourg bis zur Ausfahrt A 37.2 Yutz. Dann über die D 918 Richtung Bouzonville, Saarlouis. Als nächstes auf die D 8 Richtung Luttange. Das Schloss liegt im Ortszentrum neben der Kirche.
