the Filmhaus (literally film house) is a communal art house cinema with three screening rooms. While the largest room can accommodate 125 moviegoers, the Schauplatz has 51 seats, and the Galerie has a capacity for 39 audience members. All of the screening rooms are equipped with Dolby Stereo.

take Saarbrücken´s urban motorway A620 and get off at the Wilhelm-Henrich-Brücke exit. Cross the river Saar and follow the direction to the city centre. After approx. 150 m, turn right onto Am Stadtgraben. After another 500 m, pass the Staatstheater and turn left onto Bleichstraße. After a few metres, at the intersection, turn right onto Mainzer Straße. After approx. 80 m, you will see the entrance to the interior court of the Filmhaus on your left hand side
