this former railway storage building with 1800 m² usable floor space was transformed into a training centre and is now being used as a cultural centre. Different studio spaces are being utilised by a number of artists. The cafeteria can be used for expositions and events. Spacious 1950s annexe, cellar with numerous storage rooms and meat lockers
