brief description: 

as its name suggests, the small theatre is situated in the basement of Saarbrücken´s neo-Gothic City Hall (also featured in the Location Guide). The theatre´s main entrance is on Betzenstraße, under the arcades, close to the bus stop, but it can also be entered via the Ratskeller restaurant. The 90-seat theatre has regular performances featuring a programme for adult audiences on Saturday evenings and family-oriented shows at 3:00 pm on Sunday afternoons.
